All products can be returned, if not damaged, up to 14 days after the order has been received.

Please send an email to nezdcreates@gmail.com with your IBAN, order number and name of the products you would like to return.

The refund will be processed up to 10 business days after the products have been received on our side. Refunds are processed only through bank account.
